Thomas Philipot’s Almshouse Charity was founded in 1682 with a bequest by Thomas Philipot to provide accommodation for local people. We provide and manage high-quality accommodation for older people of limited financial means.
Our one and two-bedroom homes in Eltham, South-East London, all form part of an attractive, well-maintained community. Our residents live independently but the Charity employs a Warden to support residents, and a Premises Manager who lives on site.
