Thomas Philipot's Almshouses, located in Eltham, South East London, provides warden-assisted sheltered accommodation in 36 one and two bedroom flats.

The Charity was originally founded in 1682 with a bequest by Thomas Philipot to provide accommodation for poor people of good character living in the then parishes of Eltham and Chislehurst, now known as the Ancient Parishes. The Trustees still operate the Charity in accordance with Thomas Philipot's original bequest, as reflected in a Scheme adopted in 1871 and subsequently amended, and are able to provide secure and comfortable accommodation for the Charity's elderly residents.
